On top of Mount Tur

"halāk-e-teġh-e-jafā yā shahīd-e-nāz kare tirā karam hai jise jaise sarfarāz kare "

Let me perish by the sword or martyr me with your grace. It is your mercy to succeed me wherever it is you like.

When we decide on a path we must also be aware of the lows. The North star is above a deep dark ocean. Reaching it may also mean you drown. Will you accept that fate as as well? Are you prepared to be the worst if not the best if it means you will become what you want?

That is the truth behind desire. We may be attracted to the glory of a path but we disregard the worst of it. And if we truly are to venture upon those depths, we must be ready to accept the worst. This doesn't mean we have to face the worst in every path we take. No, that may not be your fate but what is love if it is partial?

Accept the horrors of your path as well as the beauty of it. What you seek cannot be material for those possessions are merely hollow and unsatisfactory. A Khaaki's will allows it to find peace in the worst of states as long as that state is following the path of what they want to be. Honor your failures as long as they're failures in the path you create and you will be content wit what you have. Although wishing for the betterment of your path comes at the vision you have for it.

It is only the Lord who truly gives you more than you desired. Your vision of what is brings the threshold of how much you shall obtain. You are the only obstacle in your own path. Such is the complexity and simplicity of Man.
