On top of Mount Tur

For I am a beggar who knows not to beg, I ask forgiveness for the failure of these lips.

When we pray we often cannot find the words to what we desire or perhaps we cannot desire something enough to ask for it. Our prayers do not become invalid because God does not hear us. He is all hearing and all knowing. He doesn't need us to say our prayers out loud nor does he need us to desire them.

It is we who need to know what we desire. We need to allow ourselves to understand exactly what it is we lack. May we have to sit for a mere moment or go through trials and tribulations just to uncover our true desires. This is the biggest secret we own. Our own desires are unfamiliar to us.

Once we figure out what we want, we must have faith in ourselves to receive it and in God to bless us. When we wish for something, are we worthy of receiving it?

You wish for peace but can you find it in war? You wish for guidance but can you find it in confusion? wish for wealth in poverty and life in certain death. But believe you are worthy of it. Be loyal to your desires. Ask for them even when you don't want them and only then will you have what you want.

Struggle for you desires even in your prayer O' khaaki. How else will it be true. A prayer that is forgotten is merely a fleeting wish. He is Benevolent and blesses all who ask from Him. So ask from no other but your Lord and hold on to your faith. May success be in your path and your suffering have worth.
